Innova Player is a media player application. It does not provide, host or sell any audiovisual content, channels, playlists or subscriptions. This policy explains what information the app processes and why.
To play anything, you connect a streaming service that you already have, using an Xtream Codes login or an M3U playlist address. The server address and credentials you enter are stored only on your device and are sent only to the service you configured, so the app can sign in and play your content. We do not receive, store or have access to those credentials on our servers, and we never share them with anyone.
The app generates a random device identifier (Device ID) when it is installed. It is not your hardware serial number, MAC address or any identifier from your device manufacturer, and it resets if you erase the app's data. When the app checks your Premium status, it sends the Device ID — and, if you validate an account, the service host and account username you connected — to our licensing server (licencias.innovatvplus.com). The server stores the Device ID, a cryptographic hash of your device key (never the key itself), your Premium status and its expiry, so it can answer future checks. This is used only to operate licensing. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
If you buy the optional Premium unlock inside a store version of the app, the payment is processed entirely by the app store (Google Play or Amazon). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or viewing history. Recordings and downloads you make with the app are stored locally on your device.
Playback traffic goes directly between your device and the service you configured, under that service's own privacy terms. Our licensing server automatically sees your IP address when the app checks Premium status, as every server does; IP addresses are used transiently for security and rate limiting and are not profiled.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data, including your service credentials. To request deletion of your licensing record, write to support@innovatvplus.com with your Device ID (shown in the app under My account) and we will delete it within 30 days.
Innova Player is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this same address and update the date above.
